The INTRUDRRR Series 3505F and 3505FP are direct flanged/in-line high rate mixer designed for mixing liquid chemicals into pipes or flanged tank walls. They easily install vertically or horizontally through 6”, 8”, or larger ANSI flanges providing superior velocity gradient mixing intensity.

Chemical metering pumps are used to supply the chemicals and overcome tank or pipe head pressure. The mixers are supplied with two isolated chemical feed ports for multiple chemical feed applications.

US-manufactured BALDOR TEFC Severe Duty Super-E Premium Efficiency motors are utilized to ensure operation for indoor or outdoor service in corrosive environments. The Series 3505F features a UHMW polyethylene mixing element to deliver high-rate radial dispersion of the chemical mix while the Series 3505FP uses a Hastelloy-C propeller for when an axial mixing pattern is required.
